The Nordic House is the Faroe Islands largest cultural center, where we convey Nordic and Faroese art through music, literature, performing arts, film and visual arts. This enriches our guests with diverse cultural experiences.

The house is an architectural gem with a Nordic identity, Finnish furniture, stone from Norway, wood from Sweden, steel and glass from Denmark, roof construction from Iceland and the grass on roof is from the Faroe Islands, giving the guests a true Nordic and unique experience.

The house is rated with 5 stars as a conference center, with optimal conference frames, which is a quality assurance for the conference organizer as well as the guest.

We have 7 meeting rooms in different sizes that can accommodate from 6 to 900 persons, which provide great flexibility and many possibilities.

All meeting rooms have their very own architecture, which provides a diversity, a pleasant atmosphere and tranquil surroundings where guests can immerse themselves in their activity.

In the house is a café SYSTRAR, which serves home-made, healthy and organic food that gives guests a good sense of well-being and health.
